RTV 382 is heat resistant sealant with excellent adhesive properties. RTV 382 is heat resistant to 260 C and will bond, seal, glue in place most industrial materials including glass, metals, rigid plastics and is an excellent adhesive sealant for bonding silicone rubber strip to metal. Being a neutral cure sealant containing no acid there is little chance of corrosion to electrical / electronic components RTV 382 is one of our most specified industrial sealants it is also has a NATO stock classification NSN 6850-99-519-6905 for applications in military applications.

RTV 382 Meets UL 94 HB for Flame Retardancy

Industrial applications include:

● Weatherproofing and insulating cable connectors and high voltage equipment.
● Oil and chemical and heat resistant gasket making.
● Sealing and bonding on vibration prone machines and appliances
● High temperature bonding or sealing applications eg metal to glass
