Flowsil FC - Fast Curing Semi Flowable Adhesive Sealant

Flowsil FC is a 1 part semi flowable RTV silicone with a non corrosive curing system with fast skin over and cure through time.  Forming a tough but flexible rubber with excellent temperature & chemical resistance Flowsil FC is ideal for protecting electrical components up to 200°C.

Typical uses are:
● Low viscosity allows shallow section potting and coating of parts
● Non corrosive to copper, brass and its alloys
● Fast curing compared with other RTV systems
● Outstanding electrical insulation and adhesive properties
● Resists heat, cold, moisture, UV, ozone and chemicals
● 1 part room temperature cure requires no heating, mixing or de gassing

Adhesion
Flowsil FC bonds exceptionally well to glass, silicone rubber, metals including copper & aluminium and most rigid plastics.
Flowsil FC is not suitable for bonding PTFE, polyethelene, polypropylene or plasticised PVC.

Chemical resistance
Excellent tolerance to alkalis, mineral oils, ethyl alcohol, dilute acids, boiling water, ozone and UV light.  Incidental contact with fuels is acceptable but not recommended for continuous immersion.
