Flowsil 1620

Flowable, Non-Corrosive RTV Silicone Sealant / Coating

Flowsil 1620 is a non-corrosive, 1-Part, room temperature vulcanising (RTV) silicone rubber. It exhibits excellent primer-less adhesive properties to many substrates It is recommended for electronic and electrical assemblies where a non-corrosive self levelling adhesive or sealant is required.

Solids Content,       : 100 %

Tack Free Time      : 15-20 minutes

Curing time             : 2mm per 24 hours

(Based on typical values for a 3mm sheet cured at 23ºC and 65% Relative Humidity for 7 days)

Hardness, Shore A              : 22 approx

Specific Gravity                   : 1.04

Dielectric Strength               : 20 kV/mm

Temperature Range            : -55 to +220ºC (260ºC intermittent)
