Sealant for Stainless Steel, Aluminium & most metals

AG300 adhesive & sealant is a one part food grade metallic silver RTV which is
suitable for sealing surfaces likely to come into contact
with food during manufacture. AG300 conforms to FDA
regulations and has the added benefit of being metallic
silver
coloured to be compatible with aluminium and stainless
steel metal work and fabrications especially in the pharmaceutical
and catering industries.
Typical applications include:
Bonding and sealing surfaces likely to come
into contact with food
High Temperature sealing up to 300C for
ducting & HVAC
Industrial sealing applications where a
stainless steel
coloured sealant is required
Bonding, sealing and gasketing where a fast
cure silicone sealant is required

Adhesion
AG300 silicone sealant bonds well to metals, most plastics, silicone
rubber & general engineering materials. Some substrates
may require a primer please ask.
Chemical Resistance
Excellent tolerance to alkalis, dilute acids, mineral
oils, water, steam, ozone & U.V. light. Incidental
contact with cleaning solvents & fuels is acceptable
but not recommended for continuous immersion.
